We have found that allowing our staff to work in a fully flexible way is key to successful remote working. We trust our team to maximize their time and use techniques that are idiosyncratic to them.
There are already products available in the market to assist hearing-impaired individuals, such as doorbells with visual alerts or telephones with flashing lights for notifications. However, we noticed that there are numerous devices available for different sounds and functions. Our idea was to simplify this by creating one device capable of detecting multiple sounds and providing different alerts for each one. This would mean that individuals with hearing impairments would only need one device instead of multiple ones.
