Introducing such a concept could increase brand attitude , brand awareness, brand co-creation experiences, and brand love. It can be used to foster better learning and enhance the Coffee journey while also benefiting from a personalised experience that feeds into the user’s sense of developmental growth and accomplishment. Last, but not least, it makes gathering accurate user data easier, supplying the business with high-quality insights.
